Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for downloading, collecting and processing and the use of personal data obtained from you by VYNN GROUP Sp. z o.o. - a limited liability company, based in Poland, 05 – 506 Wilcza Góra, ul. Żwirowa 18, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs (KRS) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000583693, NIP (tax identification number): 1231305415, REGON( National Business Registry No.): 362887681, share capital: PLN 100,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of personal information provided and takes all necessary actions to this end, in particular by ensuring compliance with the provisions governing how you can collect, manage, store and use personal data indicated in the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (herein after referred to as "RODO").

1.                   Purposes and grounds for processing your personal data.

The data is processed in order to conclude and perform the contract to which you are a party or take actions before the conclusion of the contract, including the sale of services, pursuant to art. 6 clause 1b and 1c RODO. Providing data for the implementation of the above is a condition for the conclusion of the contract. Refusal to provide data to the extent necessary to conclude or perform the contract and to the extent required by law will prevent its conclusion.

In addition, in the event of consent to the processing of data pursuant to art. 6 clause 1a and art. 10 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services, the data is processed for marketing and promotional activities. Providing the data is completely optional, and refusal to provide it does not affect the conclusion or performance of the contract referred to above.

Finally, the Administrator processes data based on art. 6 clause 1f  of RODO to collect and keep statistics, including the popularity of individual products and trends, and to monitor website traffic, including ensuring you safety and comfort of use.

The administrator does not intend to make automated decisions, including profiling, with respect to you.

2.                   How can you exercise your rights?

 

You have the right to:

a.       access the content of your data,

b.       correct incorrect or incomplete data,

c.       request the deletion of personal data:

¾     when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,

¾     when the data subject has objected to the processing of data,

¾     when the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing,

¾     when data is processed unlawfully. Data must be deleted

¾     in order to fulfill the obligation resulting from legal provisions

d.       request a limitation of processing your personal data:

¾     when the data subject questions the correctness of personal data,

¾     when the processing of data is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of data, demanding instead their restrictions, the Administrator no longer needs the data for his purposes, but the data subject needs them to establish, defend or pursue claims,

¾     when the data subject has objected to the processing of data until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Administrator prevail over the grounds for the objection.

e.       transfer data to another administrator or to you,

f.        withdrawal of consent at any time, if consent was given,

g.       lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection for violations of the provisions on the protection of personal data.

 

3.                   Disclosure of Data

The data provided by you will not be disclosed to third parties except:

a. entities participating in the processes necessary to perform the contract, payment services, services provided electronically; postal and courier services,

b. collaborators providing services related, in particular, to direct state services and IT services, as well as to the entity providing the HR and accounting services of the Administrator,

c. public authorities or entities performing public tasks,

d. other in accordance with the consent given.

 

4.                   Data storage

 

The Administrator makes all possible efforts to secure your data and protect it against the actions of third parties, meeting all legally prescribed requirements, and in particular the conditions indicated in the RODO.

The data Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

Personal data will be stored for up to 14 days from the withdrawal of consent or for the period necessary to implement the contract concluded with you, and after that for the period and to the extent required by law and the period after which the claims arising from the contract expire.
